Our younger, higher-moisture Swiss is named Junipero. This handcrafted cheese, made in small batches from fresh raw milk, has a somewhat creamy texture with a slight sweetness and nutty finish. Serve at room temperature and enjoy the smooth mouthfeel and milky undertones.
